Do you provide the venue or do we choose it?
We can work either way. If you already have a preferred padel club, we'll run the event there. If not, we'll source and coordinate a venue based on your group size, date, and location.
How many players can you accommodate?
We can accommodate groups of any size, and we'll advise on the most effective format once we know your participant numbers.
Do participants need to know how to play padel?
Not at all. We can provide an introductory padel session for new players at the start, while experienced players begin the event immediately.
What's included in your event management service?
Depending on your package, we can handle venue sourcing, branding materials, F&B options, bespoke event or tournament design, and full coordination and management between all vendors and your team.
How long is a corporate padel event?
Most events run for 2–3 hours depending on group size, court availability, and chosen format. We'll recommend the best schedule for your group.
Do you offer food and drinks?
Yes. Many partner venues offer catering options, and we can coordinate this. If your venue doesn't have F&B, we can suggest external solutions.
What if our group has mixed abilities?
Our formats are designed to be inclusive, fun, and balanced. We ensure all players, from beginners to advanced, enjoy the event.
What happens after we submit an enquiry?
We'll review your details and come back with a recommended structure, suitable packages, venue options (if needed), and a personalised quote.
Do you provide rackets and balls?
We don't supply equipment directly, but all partner venues provide rackets and balls. We coordinate this with the venue to ensure everything is ready for your players.
How do payments work?
Once details are confirmed, we'll send an invoice. A deposit will be required to secure the date, with the remaining balance due before the event. Everything is clearly outlined in your event agreement.

Terms & Conditions

These terms outline the agreement between Casa de Padel Ltd ("we", "us", "our") and the client ("you", "your") for corporate padel events, tournaments, and related services.

1. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed once you accept the proposal/quote and the required deposit is received. Dates are not guaranteed until payment is made.

2. Payment Terms

A deposit is required to secure your event. The remaining balance must be paid before the event unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late or missing payments may result in delays, reduced services, or cancellation.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • The deposit is non-refundable.
  • If cancellation occurs within 7 days, full payment may still be required depending on venue policy and costs already incurred.
  • If cancellation occurs more than 14 days before the event, the remaining balance will not be payable, provided no additional costs have been incurred; however, a cancellation fee will still apply.
  • If Casa de Padel cancels due to circumstances within our control, all payments (including the deposit) will be refunded in full.
  • If cancellation is due to circumstances outside our control, we will aim to offer a suitable alternative; refunds are not guaranteed.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that event plans can change. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for corporate padel events.

1. Client Cancellations

The deposit is non-refundable.

More than 14 days before the event: The remaining balance will not be payable, provided no additional costs have been incurred; however, a cancellation fee will still apply.

Within 14 days of the event: Additional charges may apply if the venue imposes late cancellation fees or if costs have already been committed on your behalf.

Within 7 days of the event: Full payment may still be required depending on venue policy and any costs already incurred, including staff allocation and venue charges.

2. Rescheduling

We do not offer automatic transfers or rescheduling of bookings. Any new booking will be treated as a new event and will depend on venue and staff availability.

3. Cancellations by Casa de Padel

If Casa de Padel must cancel due to circumstances within our control, all payments made, including the deposit, will be refunded in full.

If cancellation occurs due to circumstances outside our control (e.g., venue closure, severe weather, force majeure), we will aim to offer a suitable alternative; however, refunds are not guaranteed.
